KCCU is excited to offer an enhanced fraud monitoring service on our debit and credit cards.
If you have given us your mobile phone number, we will now send you an automated text message if we suspect fraud or wish to confirm transactions on your Visa and Debit cards. The text message will request that you verify a recent purchase. If your phone can not receive text messages, we will call you via an automated phone system.
If we do not make contact with you by phone, then we will send you a follow up letter. Please know that if you talk to our fraud services department we will never ask you for your full debit or credit card number, nor will we ask you for your full social security number.
