You cannot set up auto pays on these line-of-credit loans:
- Visa credit cards
- checking line-of-credit
- home equity line-of-credit loans
Cancel Existing & Adding New ACH
If you are canceling an existing ACH and adding a new one you must fill out BOTH the Cancel an Existing Payment and Set up New Payment information section on this form.
Allow time for processing
A pre-notification is sent on all new pre-authorized loan payments to verify the validity of account information. This signed authorization should be received a minimum of 10 days prior to settlement date to allow adequate time for processing of the pre-notification.
This authorization is to remain in full force and effect until Kellogg Community Credit Union has received written notification from the primary or joint account holder of its termination in such time and in such manner as to allow Kellogg Community Credit Union a reasonable opportunity to act on it.
Online Banking Users
The fastest and easiest way to set up, modify or cancel existing recurring monthly transactions to your loan payment from an external bank account is to complete the online form within online banking.

To set up, modify or cancel existing reoccurring ACH transactions, you will need to follow these steps:
- Log into It'sMe247 Online Banking
- Go to Pay & Transfer > ACH
- Complete and submit the secure form online
Non-Online Banking Users
Please print and complete the form below if you’d like to set up, modify or cancel recurring monthly transfers to your loan payment from an external bank account.
