With the World Health Organization (WHO) declaring the COVID-19 (coronavirus) a pandemic, KCCU would like to take this opportunity to share details about our preparedness for such an event.
While it is impossible to predict the spread of the coronavirus and fully understand its impact, it does not alter KCCU’s focus on continuing to serve your financial needs. We believe through our business continuity and pandemic plan we have the people, technology, products, and services in place to minimize service disruptions to our members.

The health and safety of KCCU’s members and team members is one of our highest priorities! We take pride in the cleanliness of our branches, however, we have enhanced our cleaning and increased the frequency of sanitizing the high touch points in our branches and at our ATMs. We are educating our employees on preventative health practices and are encouraging them to stay home if they are feeling ill.
