Pay from your KCCU Account

You have several options to make a payment to your KCCU loan from your KCCU account.

Online Banking Transfer

This is the fastest way to make a payment. Simply log into your It'sMe247 online banking account and transfer funds from your checking or savings account to your loan. You can opt for a one-time payment or set up reoccurring payments so you never miss a loan payment.

Pay By Phone

To use CU*Talk phone banking to transfer funds to your loan, simply dial 269.968.0786 or 800.245.3287, and follow the prompts to make a loan payment.

Pay by Mail

Include your member number and loan suffix on your check and mail payment to: KCCU, PO Box 140, Battle Creek, MI 49016-0140

Pay from Another Financial Institution

You have several options to make a payment to your KCCU loan from another financial institution

Automatic Payments (ACH)

Set up to have payments automatically pulled from another financial institution and applied to your KCCU loan. Set up ACH payment

Use Bill Pay

Pay from another financial institution using their bill pay system. Be sure to reference your KCCU member number and loan suffix. Enter the following address for payment delivery: PO Box 140, Battle Creek, MI 49016-0140.

Note: There may be a 7-10 day delay in getting your payment applied, depending on the bill pay system for your other financial institution.

Pay by Card

Pay using a Visa debit card, MasterCard debit or credit card, or Discover card from another financial institution. Pay now

Note: Payments will be processed in one business day if scheduled by 6:45 p.m. There is a convenience fee of $15 (payments $25-$500) and $30 (payments $500.01-$1,000).
