| Description: | Be entertained and inspired this Friday night! KCCU is proud to sponsor Speak It Forward's 2018 Celebration of Success. This is a FREE event to support the youth in our community and celebrate their accomplishments! It will showcase talented youth voices from the Kalamazoo Public Schools, Lakeside Academy, the Calhoun County Juvenile Home and Gryphon Place Crisis Center as well as local guest artists, musicians and DJ Conscious! This event is important for the students as it provides them a stage and experiential opportunity to share their stories in front of an audience of community members who supports them and positively reflects back the significance of their journey. The evening will be both energizing and transformational - don’t miss this powerful experience to support the youth in our community and celebrate their accomplishments! |
